GET FIT AND EAT CLEAN will let customers know that products cannot be sent back due to damage or loss during posting or shipping. Customers can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. The customers are responsible for the fees associated with reshipping their orders.

 REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on ALL our products and services. The exchange on some of our product can be considered But must be made within 7 days of receiving.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our company offers a shipping cost based on your country where you shopping from. The right cost of shipment will be added automatically at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on Monday to Friday are processed the same day and dispatched the next. All orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O.BOXES

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you placed your order. We are deeply sorry we do not ship to P.O.BOXES.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your packages may be subjected to import duties and taxes. You as the customer are responsible for paying those fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
